Participant accepts and agrees that the Deposit is non-refundable under any and all circumstances.  The Deposit is transferrable to another person, not to another retreat unless related to participant having contracted or immediate exposure to CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19, in which case the deposit and monies are transferrable to future event/retreat.

Participant is eligible to receive a monetary refund LESS the Deposit, if Participant cancels more than 60 days prior to the start date of the Retreat/Event. If Participant cancels less than 60 days prior to the start date of the Retreat/Event, Participant will NOT receive any form of monetary refund under any and all circumstances unless related to participant having contracted or immediate exposure to CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19, in which case the deposit and monies are transferrable to future event/retreat. It is the responsibility of the participant to know the exact date that is 60 days prior to the start date of the Retreat/Event.

If a refund is requested by the Participant, 60 days prior to the start date of the Retreat/Event, Reshape Midlife reserves the right to 15 business days to evaluate the refund request and, if accepted, take all necessary steps to refund the amount, as stated above, to the Participant.

The submission of application and payment to Reshape Midlife is binding. Participant is personally responsible for all mandatory payments.

My intention is for this room to be used for 2 friends or family that know each other and plan to attend together. I know that we midlife women likely do not want to share a bed with someone we don't know. The price noted here is a per person price, so each woman would register and purchase this package. Should you be interested reserving this as a single room feel free to email me. The price will be quite a bit more expensive.
