Enjoy the full retreat experience with the flexibility to stay in your own home or preferred nearby hotel. This option includes everything in the retreat package, minus the room, for a significant cost savings. Each day, you’ll join us for breakfast and the first scheduled activity, and remain immersed in all retreat offerings through evening gatherings and dinners, before returning home or to your hotel.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the inn, and enjoy wholesome snacks throughout each afternoon. Lunches are an opportunity to explore the charming local restaurants, with options within walking distance or a short drive. Evenings bring you back to the table, where Chef Jess serves nourishing, thoughtfully crafted dinners. From gentle yoga and hiking at Garden of the Gods to pampering treatments, sound baths, and uplifting group activities, this option ensures you get the full retreat experience and lasting connections—all with the added flexibility of choosing your own accommodations.
Payment Options:
You may choose between full payment of 50% deposit. If you choose 50% deposit the final payment will be due 60 days prior to the retreat date.
CO-Retreat Attendance Without Accommodation
I, herein the Participant, hereby agree to and accept the Payment submitted by Participant. Once payment is submitted if circumstances arise 120 days or more prior to the retreat event day that requires cancelation, the Participant may contact the host and apply for a 50% refund of the amount paid upon securing the reservation and anything paid up to the 120-day point or the full amount of the funds can be transferred to a friend or family member or banked for a future retreat. Should the Participant have to cancel up to 14 days prior to the start date of the event, all monies paid to that point are nonrefundable but the participant may choose to transfer the full amount paid to transfer the reservation to a friend or family member after consulting and getting permission from the host. Cancelations made within 14 days of the retreat are non-transferable and non-refundable
