Reshaping Midlife Together!



As women, we often find ourselves so busy taking care of others that we forget to take care of ourselves. We put our own needs on the back burner, believing that we will get to them later, but later never seems to come.

That's why I've formed small intimate women's wellness circles. These circles will provide a safe and supportive space for women to come together and prioritize their personal growth and well-being.

There is something magical that happens when women gather in a circle. We are able to let our guard down and connect on a deeper level. We share our stories, our struggles, and our triumphs. We lift each other up, providing the encouragement and support that we all need to thrive.

Through these wellness circles, we will explore different topics, practices, and modalities that promote personal growth. And the best part? These circles will be affordable and accessible to all women. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to invest in themselves and their well-being, regardless of their financial situation.
