Although this villa can be set up with king beds, for this retreat, all king beds will be split into twins to allow more women to enjoy the experience and to keep costs accessible. This thoughtful arrangement ensures that everyone has their own personal space while enjoying the luxurious accommodations.
This room type is part of a thoughtful layout where two private twin rooms share a spacious, well-appointed bathroom located right across the hall. In total, four women will share this bathroom, ensuring a balance of privacy and communal living.

I, herein the Participant, hereby agree to and accept the Payment submitted by Participant. Once payment is submitted if circumstances arise 120 days or more prior to the retreat event day that requires cancelation, the Participant may contact the host and apply for a 50% refund of the amount paid since securing the reservation or the full amount of the funds can be transferred to a friend or family member or banked for a future retreat. Should the Participant need to cancel between 120-14 days prior to the start date of the event, all monies paid to that point are nonrefundable and non-transferable to another retreat, however, the participant may choose to transfer the full amount paid on the reservation to a friend or family member after consulting and getting permission from the host. Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat are non-transferable and non-refundable

Reshape Midlife reserves the right to 15 business days to evaluate the refund request and, if accepted, take all necessary steps to refund the amount, as stated above, to the Participant.
We understand that attending our retreats is an investment in yourself, which is why we offer flexible payment options to help you manage your finances. You can choose to pay in full, make a 50% deposit, or opt for a payment plan that requires a $500.00 deposit.
However, we want to be transparent about a recent change in credit card processing fees. To continue offering payment plans, we now include a one-time $25.00 processing fee. We appreciate your understanding and hope that this change does not dissuade you from joining us on your transformative journey.
