Tucked away in the upper loft of The Roost, the Master King Suite is a spacious sanctuary designed for comfort, connection, and restful retreat. With nearly 700 square feet of space, this expansive room features a plush king-sized bed, high vaulted ceilings, and abundant natural light filtering through generous windows that overlook the Montana forest.

Thoughtfully styled with rustic-elegant touches, the suite includes cozy reading chairs, soft lighting, and inviting textiles that reflect the relaxed charm of Mountainside Lodge. The attached private ensuite bathroom is well-appointed with a large shower, natural bath products, and soothing details to elevate your self-care experience.

This room is ideal for two close friends or family members who wish to share accommodations and experience the retreat side-by-side. Please note that the king bed is shared, and this room is not available for individual bookings.

Due to high interest and limited availability, guests wishing to book the Roost Master King Suite must secure their spot at the same time. Either book together in one transaction or coordinate to ensure both parties are online when registration opens.

MT - The Roost Master King Suite Share w/ Private Ensuite

I, herein the Participant, hereby agree to and accept the Payment submitted by Participant. Once payment is submitted if circumstances arise 120 days or more prior to the retreat event day that requires cancelation, the Participant may contact the host and apply for a 50% refund of the amount paid upon securing the reservation and anything paid up to the 120-day point or the full amount of the funds can be transferred to a friend or family member or banked for a future retreat. Should the Participant have to cancel up to 14 days prior to the start date of the event, all monies paid to that point are nonrefundable but the participant may choose to transfer the full amount paid to transfer the reservation to a friend or family member after consulting and getting permission from the host. Cancelations made within 14 days of the retreat are non-transferable and non-refundable
We understand that attending our retreats is an investment in yourself, which is why we offer flexible payment options to help you manage your finances. You can choose to pay in full, make a 50% deposit, or opt for a payment plan that requires a $500.00 deposit.

However, we want to be transparent about a recent change in credit card processing fees. To continue offering payment plans, we now include a one-time $25.00 processing fee. We appreciate your understanding and hope that this change does not dissuade you from joining us on your transformative journey.

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance that includes a Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) option. Life is unpredictable, and while we hope your journey to our retreat goes smoothly, unforeseen circumstances—such as illness, weather disruptions, family emergencies, or work conflicts—can arise at any time.

Many travel insurance providers require you to purchase coverage within 14 days of booking any portion of your trip (such as flights or accommodations) in order to qualify for CFAR benefits. Because of this, we recommend securing your policy as soon as you confirm your intent to travel.
