There are 4 rooms in this beautiful home that have king beds that split into twins. These 4 rooms will all be split as shared accommodation. Every bedroom in this home has an ensuite bathroom so you will only be sharing with your roommate.

On the e-registration form if you are attending with a friend or family member be sure to note who you wish to share with. If not indicated, a roommate will be assigned.

When making your payment you can now select a payment plan. It will require $500.00 down. The remaining amount will be divided into equal payments and billed monthly to be paid off 60 days prior to the retreat.

I, herein the Participant, hereby agree to and accept the Payment submitted by Participant. Once payment is submitted if circumstances arise 120 days or more prior to the retreat event day that requires cancelation, the Participant may contact the host and apply for a 50% refund of the amount paid since securing the reservation or the full amount of the funds can be transferred to a friend or family member or banked for a future retreat. Should the Participant need to cancel between 120-14 days prior to the start date of the event, all monies paid to that point are nonrefundable and non-transferable to another retreat, however, the participant may choose to transfer the full amount paid on the reservation to a friend or family member after consulting and getting permission from the host. Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat are non-transferable and non-refundable

Reshape Midlife reserves the right to 15 business days to evaluate the refund request and, if accepted, take all necessary steps to refund the amount, as stated above, to the Participant.
