This king share room is the perfect option for duos who don’t mind getting cozy and want to enjoy the retreat at the best value.
This inviting room features a plush king-size bed, warm mountain lodge touches, and a private ensuite bathroom, offering both comfort and convenience. Guests can choose to share the king bed or, if preferred, request the futon be made up as a second sleeping space. (Though we’ll be honest—the bed will likely be more comfortable!)
Ideal for close friends or family members, this room gives you a cozy space to rest and recharge while enjoying all the benefits of a full retreat experience—at a lower price point.
Please do not book this room unless you are securing it at the same time as a friend or family member. If you’re attending solo and would like a shared option, please select the shared double queen room instead.

Several king rooms w/ futons are pictured to give you a sense of the space, but your exact room may vary. All are thoughtfully appointed and equally lovely.

Retreat Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens—and plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to honor both the planning and commitments that go into creating these retreat experiences and the unexpected curveballs that may arise in your life.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
We deeply value our guests and the experiences we create together. Please protect your investment by securing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We do not enjoy having difficult conversations when the unexpected occurs and guests are not insured.If you need to cancel your reservation:

120+ days (4 months or more) prior to the retreat start date:
You will receive a full refund, minus any credit card processing fees. -
60–119 days (2 to 4 months prior):
You are eligible for a 50% refund, minus credit card processing fees.
OR
You may choose to transfer 100% of your payment to a friend or family member (with host approval)
OR
Bank the full value as a credit toward a future retreat within 12 months. -
0–59 days (within 2 months of the retreat):
Payments are non-refundable and not transferrable to a future retreat.
However, your spot can be gifted or transferred to a friend or family member (with host approval).
Refund Processing:
Reshape Midlife reserves up to 15 business days to evaluate any refund request and, if approved, will issue the applicable refund according to the guidelines above.-
We understand that attending our retreats is an investment in yourself, which is why we offer flexible payment options to help you manage your finances. You can choose to pay in full, make a 50% deposit, or opt for a payment plan that requires a $500.00 deposit.
However, we want to be transparent about a recent change in credit card processing fees. To continue offering payment plans, we now include a one-time $25.00 processing fee. We appreciate your understanding and hope that this change does not dissuade you from joining us on your transformative journey.
