If you would like to attend but stay locally and drive back and forth, you are invited to do so. Your package includes absolutely everything noted except for accommodations.
If you live in Colorado Springs the drive is approximately 40 minutes to our location. PLEASE BE AWARE - if making the decision to attend as a local that this home is located up a windy mountain road that is partially unpaved and does not have lighting on the road at night. Also, take into consideration if you plan on drinking alcohol. I would love to have you participate, but I do want you to be safe!

Participant accepts and agrees that the Deposit is non-refundable under any and all circumstances. The Deposit is transferrable to another person, not to another retreat unless related to participant having contracted or immediate exposure to CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19, in which case the deposit and monies are transferrable to future event/retreat.
Participant is eligible to receive a monetary refund LESS the Deposit, if Participant cancels more than 60 days prior to the start date of the Retreat/Event. If Participant cancels less than 60 days prior to the start date of the Retreat/Event, Participant will NOT receive any form of monetary refund under any and all circumstances unless related to participant having contracted or immediate exposure to CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19, in which case the deposit and monies are transferrable to future event/retreat. It is the responsibility of the participant to know the exact date that is 60 days prior to the start date of the Retreat/Event.
If a refund is requested by the Participant, 60 days prior to the start date of the Retreat/Event, Reshape Midlife reserves the right to 15 business days to evaluate the refund request and, if accepted, take all necessary steps to refund the amount, as stated above, to the Participant.
The submission of application and payment to Reshape Midlife is binding. Participant is personally responsible for all mandatory payments.
