I am a passionate and energetic midlife woman that values family, friends, her clients, and her country. I have been married to my husband, Dan, for over 40 years. One of my greatest joys is spending time with my daughter’s family which includes two adorable grandsons. It has been an honor and privilege coaching women in the wellness industry for over 23 years. I am a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. My calling is helping women recognize their worth, prioritize their needs and improve their health physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I coach from a full wellness approach that encompasses the body, mind, and spirit.

Wellness coaching is a field that mixes life coaching, psychology, behavioral change theory, and fitness. It is an alternative option to more traditional healthcare that will help you achieve behavioral changes. Nowadays, it is getting increasingly common to find wellness coaches.

Essentially, a wellness coach is a professional who can help you assess your current physical and emotional state and will help you set new goals and walk you through a plan of action to reach overall wellness. She can aid you in shifting your mindset to improve your self-confidence, self-worth, live more authentically in accordance with your goals and values, improve your eating habits, fitness routine, and even sleep levels. She is there to work with you side-by-side.
