Our cottages and retreat host home are rustically elegant, providing a cozy and comfortable feel that will make you feel right at home. There are no distractions here, as we have intentionally removed all television sets, telephones, and internet service from our cottages so you can relax and disconnect from the world outside, perfect for our retreat theme "Disconnection & Introspection".
Each accommodation is equipped with comfortable beds and our historically preserved small bathrooms, as well as locally made and sourced Cucumber Body Butter. We take pride in being environmentally friendly and do our best to keep our ecological footprint to a minimum. Our accommodations offer a cozy wood-burning fireplace, except the Wren Cabin, which has an electric fire feature, perfect for chilly fall nights in Oak Creek Canyon.
Choose our shared twin room category and you will be assigned one of our lovely, cozy cabins or a shared room in Ponderosa. You will share a bathroom with one other single bedroom. Our retreat theme of "Disconnection & Introspection" is perfect for those looking for a peaceful, introspective getaway. Please note that cell phone reception is spotty throughout the property unless you are in wifi in the Lodge or Ponderosa.

The collection of pictures here shows the twin rooms along with some of the common spaces in the various cabins. If you should have a strong desire to be in the main retreat home, 4 BR Ponderosa, please message me and let me know. The shared room in Ponderosa is 1 twin bed and 1 king bed. This price is the price for the twin bed. The King bed is sold in a separate listing.

Sedona - Shared Twin Room
I, herein the Participant, hereby agree to and accept the Payment submitted by Participant. Once payment is submitted if circumstances arise 120 days or more prior to the retreat event day that requires cancelation, the Participant may contact the host and apply for a 50% refund of the amount paid since securing the reservation or the full amount of the funds can be transferred to a friend or family member or banked for a future retreat. Should the Participant need to cancel between 120-14 days prior to the start date of the event, all monies paid to that point are nonrefundable and non-transferable to another retreat, however, the participant may choose to transfer the full amount paid on the reservation to a friend or family member after consulting and getting permission from the host. Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat are non-transferable and non-refundable

Reshape Midlife reserves the right to 15 business days to evaluate the refund request and, if accepted, take all necessary steps to refund the amount, as stated above, to the Participant.
We understand that attending our retreats is an investment in yourself, which is why we offer flexible payment options to help you manage your finances. You can choose to pay in full, make a 50% deposit, or opt for a payment plan that requires a $500.00 deposit.
However, we want to be transparent about a recent change in credit card processing fees. To continue offering payment plans, we now include a one-time $25.00 processing fee. We appreciate your understanding and hope that this change does not dissuade you from joining us on your transformative journey.
